Follow the changing lines

Every 6 and 9 changes. Read the primary statement, all changing lines from bottom to top, and then the relating statement. The Image is a separate commentary layer.

With no changing lines, there is no relating figure. With six 9s, Qian relates to Kun and the supplementary Use Nine passage is included; with six 6s, Kun relates to Qian and Use Six is included. Neither is a seventh line.

The relating figure is a text to compare, not a forecast.
